Stir Fried Wiener Sausages and Cabbage with Curry Sauce
This is a recipe my mom often made for me when I was little. The dish can become very spicy depending on the curry powder, so adjust accordingly while checking the taste. Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage and Pork Belly in Thick Sauce
Large heads of Chinese cabbage can be quite a challenge to eat up! When we get tired of hot pots, I fry it with meat! It's made with sesame oil and chicken stock granules, and thickened to give a proper flavour. It's a dish that makes you want to eat more. You'll find yourself eating more than you think.Add the leaf part of the Chinese cabbage at the end as it cooks quickly. When more thickness is required, add more diluted katakuriko. If it's too thick, dilute with hot water.Happo-jiru is a multi-purpose soy sauce-based seasoning commonly used in Aomori Prefecture! If you can't get your hands on any, substitute it with ordinary soy sauce. Happo-jiru is so versatile, I highly recommend it for every household. Recipe by Nanohana uchan

Spring cabbage and pork stir-fry with miso and oyster sauce
I wanted to make a good use of spring cabbage. The flavour of miso and oyster sauce mix is absolutely delicious.I used 2 large leaves of cabbage for this recipe. If your cabbage seems smaller in size, I would suggest you using a little more than that (3 to 4 leaves). The sauce is quite rich in flavour so you can be generous with the amount of vegetables you add to the pan. The finished dish will be as delicious if you swap japanese leek with onion. Recipe by Nanohana

Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce

Please try it for yourself...you'll be surprised too!Make the onion and ponzu sauce sauce before stir frying the other ingredients, so that it can rest and marinate while you cook. You can use whatever pork cut you like. I used coarsely chopped thinly sliced pork this time. It's cheap!Don't add any extra ingredients. Just try making it as described! It will surprise you! Recipe by MarkH

Fava Beans, Avocado and Tomatoes in Basil Sauce
For nearly 50 years, I believed that fava beans had to be boiled in salted water, but since I had cooked corn on the cob successfully in the microwave, I decided to give fava beans a try, too. They turned out really well, and now I'm hooked on this way of cooking them. This is a dish where I mixed these beans with homemade basil pesto.I cooked these fava beans in the microwave, but of course you can boil them, instead.Use a few more cashew nuts than the other nuts for the basil pesto. Adjust the amount of salt according to the type of salt you use. This recipe is very easy if you use store-bought basil pesto. Recipe by gingamom

Tuna-mayo Soy Sauce Cabbage and Spinach
A good way of making a dish with leftovers.Blanch bunch of spinach and drain. Cut up to about 5 cm, wrap in cling film and freeze. It's useful to have stocked, as you can use the frozen spinach in any kind of dish. For those on a diet, replace with low calorie mayonnaise and tuna. Do not throw the tuna oil too much, otherwise the dish will be too dry. Recipe by Iku..
