Ingredients

  1. 1/4 headcabbage
  2. 1onion
  3. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoonshoney
  7. 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  8. Parsley
  9. Cumin
  10. Red pepper flakes
  11. Black sesame seeds
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the wok well and once it's hot, add the olive oil. Let it heat for 1 minute, then add the sliced garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes.

    Stir with a wooden spoon to release their aromas, then add the cabbage cut into strips and the finely chopped onion, stirring constantly. Once they start to sweat, add salt, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Stir until the ingredients combine and caramelize.

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, finely chopped parsley, and freshly ground pepper.
