Ingredients

  • 2 bowlsBajre ka atta
  • 1 tspGinger garlic and Chilli paste
  • 2 tspSalt
  • SomeChopped coriander
  • For fryingOil
  • 1/2 tspJeera/cumin seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTil(sesame)
  • 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the masala in bajre Ka Aata dont add oil and make a stiff dough

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan.Take small balls from the dough,roll it like Puri slightly thick and now fry in medium flame until golden and crisp now serve hot.
