  1. 2capsicums
  2. 1bay leaves
  3. 3green chillies
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 3tomato puree
  6. 2 tablespoonCumin powder
  7. 1 tablespoonamchur powder
  8. 2 tablespoongaram masala powder
  9. 2 tablespoonred chilli powder and salt as per taste
  10. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  11. 2small medium-sized onion
  12. As neededWater

    Cut the capsicum into pieces.Heat the oil in a pan. And fry the capsicum and peas

  2. 2

    Fry until it's light brown. After wards take out from the pan and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now chopped the onions. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan. fry the onion with a bay leaves until it's light brown. Add turmeric and tomato puree,And cook for 5 mins now add the spices given and add salt.Fry for next 5 mins,till it's oil leave. Now mix the fried capsicum and peas along with the tomato. And a little bit of salt and stir for a minute. Add a cup of water to make it a fine gravy And cook for next 5 mins,turn off the flame and taste. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
