1/2 cupmilk
2 tbspcoco powder
1/4 cupcastor sugar
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspvanilla essence
1 tbspoil
1 cupwhipped cream
2 dropeach orange and green food colour

Seive the dry ingredients twice

In separate bowl mix sugar and milk and essence

Now put dry ingredients into wet ingredients and form a thick batter

Now make mini pancakes and cook until it turn golden brown

Now cool down the pancakes and frost them with tricolour frosting and sandwich them
