A tasty traditional veggie curry, but with chicken for a luxury bit of extra protein!

Steps

Sauté potatoes in olive oil until golden
- 2
Repeat with cauliflower and chicken
- 3
Turn heat down and fry finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger.

Add turmeric, coriander and chilli flakes. Heat for a few minutes.

Add water to the pan. Add potatoes, cauliflower and chicken back in as well. Cover and heat until veg is tender.

Add peas and garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
