Ingredients

  • 1 cupbaking flour
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • to tasteSalt
  • Hot water
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour,salt and cinnamon powder.

  2. 2

    Add water and knead to make a dough

  3. 3

    Cover for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    After, make small round balls of dough

  5. 5

    Spread on the board using rolling pin.

  6. 6

    Cover each small piece with cooking oil.

  7. 7

    Layer them and spread fully to a size of a chapati

  8. 8

    Fry on a pan. Remove and separate the layers...

  9. 9

    Roll them and tie with another piece not to open up.

  10. 10

    Deep fry in a hot cooking oil until golden brown.

  11. 11

    Drain the excess oil.

  12. 12

    Wait to cool and serve with hot tea, juice or chilly soup.
