Ingredients

  1. Tortillas
  2. Cooked Black beans or green lentils
  3. Shredded lettuce
  4. Sour cream
  5. Shredded cheese if available
  6. Sliced avocado if available
  7. Taco seasoning if available
  8. Chopped onion or green onion
  9. Hot sauce or chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the beans or lentils with seasoning. Layer each tortilla with beans, then lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado. Roll into half for taco, or burrito roll for burrito. Serve with hot sauce.
