Soak the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes and then remove the water.

Dice the plantain, slice the pepper and onion

Add the diced plantain, the pepper and the onion + the seasoning of the noodles to the noodles and stir together.

Heat up the groundnut oil and turn everything inside the frying pan and leave for 55 seconds then turn it and leave for another 55 seconds.

Fry the egg in another frying pan and serve with the noodles
