Once when working at the shipyard a co-worker brought a dish in similar to this I add the Herbs and spices to it. His was spaghetti and cheese. It's definitely a vegetarian dish but don't let the lack of sauce deter you its simple, fast, but delicious. Also good with leftover spaghetti noodles.

I'm not real sure how it gets its name since it is pan fried in oil. But the texture using this method is good. The flavor can be adjusted to your liking, and it's pretty easy and quick. Just prep everything first. You do a lot of stirring during the cooking process and don't have time to prep while you cook, trust me, you will end up with some under cooked, and some extremely over cooked if you do.This is usually a side dish, but we used it as a main course tonight, mostly due to time limits.I used some long beans tonight, but regular ole green beans, butter beans, pole beans, all work. Thicker ones take a minute or two longer to cook is all.

A simple yet complex spaghetti dish... my mother used to make it for Christmas Eve... tuna in olive oil, tomato sauce, garlic, oil, and parsley... And of course, there were always spaghetti... And it was instantly Christmas... Today, we strive to prepare dishes like super chefs... But the simplicity of a plate of spaghetti with tuna... for me, it immediately feels like a celebration; family, tradition, and above all, the desire to be together... regardless of what's on the Christmas table...

Had some leftover spaghetti and bored of the same ol' tomato or creamy sauce, so I decided to make fusion spaghetti which is quick and easy! :)

This is my version of a recipe that a good friend shared with me and now this is one of the only ways my kids will eat green beans. They are delicious and super easy to make.
