Mix the dough ingredients with warm water until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size.

Peel and wash the onions. Finely chop them in a food processor. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onions, black pepper, salt, pomegranate molasses, and yogurt. Mix well, then refrigerate until the dough is ready.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each one out thinly. Lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the rolled dough on the sheet, spread the meat mixture evenly on top, and bake in a preheated oven until the bottoms are golden brown.

After removing from the oven, cover the sfiha with a clean towel to keep them soft. Serve with yogurt on the side. Hope you try it—it's delicious!
