Steps

First chopped cauliflower and wash it.

Then heat large bowl add 1 glass water and 1 pinch salt boiled and then add chopped colliflower and boiled it.

Boiled cauliflower and drain the water.

Now heat a pan and add 1 table spoon mustard oil then add boiled cauliflower and fry to light golden brown.

Same pan again heat 3 table spoon mustard oil and add some kala jeera then add ginger paste, green chilli paste, mustard seeds paste, poppy seeds paste, turmeric powder and salt fry to few minutes.

Oil spared to masala then add fry cauliflower and fry for few seconds.

Then add 1 cup water and mixed them and cooked for 5 to 10 minutes.

10 minutes over then lid open and add some mustard Kasundi, 1 table spoon mustard oil, chopped coriander leaves and mixed all together and again closed the lid. Now gas low flame for few minutes.

Then ready to serve tasty Gobi Kasundi with steamed Rice.
