Steps

  1. 1

    Cut plantain and add salt to it then heat up veg oil and fry it.

  2. 2

    Break and beat egg add salt and curry.cut tomatoes and pepper fry in veg oil add onion to fry in it also then pour in the beaten egg to fry.stir and fry for 1minute.
