First of all this beat root is boiled upto ten minutes than peel out outer shell.

Than it should be crushed or grated nicely and boiled potatoes is also grated.

Take a pan, put on the gas flame, add chopped onions and cook only for three minutes, just remove the rawness, and keep out.

Than take a bowl mix boiled grated beet root, potatoes and cook onion.

Than add salt, chat masala and rice flour. Mix well.

Than start to make small cutlet, take a flat tava, put oil than at medium flame start to cook at both sides.

Now serve with chopped onion, lemon and coriander leaves.
