Boil water and add switch off your gas and add suji in it and mix well. Cover the pan with lid for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take one spoon of oil and knead the suji mixture well. Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, half of coriander leaves and salt in it and mix it well.

Grate the cheese and mix rest of coriander leaves, 1 green chilli, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli, roasted cumin powder, chopped onions and salt in it. Mix all well.

Now make balls of suji dough and flat them and stuff all the balls with cheese mixture. Make smooth balls and give them shape of tikkies with hands.

Heat a pan or tawa and grease it with oil and place these tikkies on it and shallow fry till golden brown from both sides.

Suji paneer tikki is ready to serve as healthy breakfast.
