Pick mkunde well,dont cut,wash and keep it aside. prepare tomatoes keep aside,onions aside and ginger garlic aside.

Boil your mkunde in Ash water for around 10min.how it looks👇...this how Ash water looks like.

Cut onions,fry till golden brown then add garlic/ginger and cook till ready.

Pour meat and cook under low heat for 2min,add tomatoes cover and cook till tomatoes dissolve in the meat.

Add mkunde stir slowly under low heat,ilove Royco cubes,so add 2 to taste,salt,dont over cook,max 5min here is enough.

Serve with sima...or anything yu love
