Trying something different in the kitchen for the family to enjoy for dinner.

Wash your meat well, and slice into the desired sizes. Add in a little water and boil it till well cooked. Let it to keep cooking till it produces its own oil as it dries up well.

Add in a little oil and onions, cook them till ready and brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste, and cook till they are well cooked. Then add the white pepper and continue cooking.

Add the tomatoes now, cook them till soft and we cooked to make a gravy or stew. Add salt to taste.

Continue cooking in low heat for another 5 to 10 minutes, then add in the honey, and remove from fire. Enjoy it with Ugali, Rice, Matoke or Chapati.
