Ingredients

  • 100 gmsKuttu ka aata
  • 2Boiled potatoes medium
  • to tasteSalt acc
  • 50 mlWater
  • 500 mlOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough by adding water into kuttu flour slowly.

  2. 2

    Divide the flour in small sections to make puri

  3. 3

    Now put the oil in a pan and let it heat..

  4. 4

    Pour the puri into the oil and fry it properly till it becomes little red as shown in the picture

  5. 5

    Kuttu ke aate ki puri is ready.You can eat it with aalu or chane ki sabzi
