Steps

Take a blender and grind the oats to a fine flour.

In a large bowl combine oats flour and semolina,curd chopped vegetables.

Add salt to taste,1/2 tbsp Cummin powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.stir the batter and add slowly add water.

Grease the idli mould.add 1 tbsp eno the batter and gently stir the whole batter.

Quick pour the oats idli batter into the greased idli mould.place the mould in the steamer..after 8-9 min..idli ready..served with peanut and curd chutney..very healthy..
