Ingredients

  • 6-7onions
  • 3capsicum
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • as neededoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastegaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and heat it. add onions,tomato and saute for 3-4 min.

  2. 2

    Add potato and capsicum and cook for 3-4 min.

  3. 3

    Add spices and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 10-15 min till it get soft.

  5. 5

    Now serve it.
