Rice
Tomatoes, pepper and onion
1tuber of potatoes
G.Oil to fry
Red oil to prepare the stew
Salt and maggi to teaste

Part boil ur rice wash and put back on the fire and add a pinch of salt
2

Blend tomato pepper and onion and fry with d red oil
3

Add beef stock if any. Add maggi and salt to taste and a bit of water and let it cook for a few minutes
4

Peel and slice potatoes into desire shape... Fry until its dry
5

Serve and eat...
