  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  5. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce(optional)
  7. 1/2 teaspoondijon mustard (optiona
  8. 2Lettuce leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Roughly mash eggs with fork

  2. 2

    Add salt and sugar

  3. 3

    Add mayonnaise

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce (optional)

    Squeeze lemon juice and mix everything

  6. 6

    Lay a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread, add the egg salad. Add another lettuce and cover with another bread slice.
