Steps

Add salt and one cup pasta to boiling water. Cook it for 15-20 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

Another pan, add 2 teaspoons of oil, add vegetables and salt(capsicum, carrot, brocolli) and cook it till it's crispy

Add one and half tablespoon of butter, finely chopped garlic cloves. One spoon of maida and one and half cup milk. Add oregano, chilli flakes and pinch of pepper. Cook for a minute till it's creamy. Add grated cheese, vegetables and pasta. Mix it and serve it hot
