Boil pumpkin and mash it

Mix flour,salt,croma,mashed pumpkin and water, knead to a fine dough

Let it rest for a few minutes,cover it and kept it in warm place

Cut and roll

Then shallow fry both side on a hot riddle using enough cooking oil
