  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • 2 tbspSeekh kabab masala
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Garam masala halftsp
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspBhuna masala
  • G.G paste halftbsp
  • Salt
  • Bread slice 1
  • Coal for smoke
  • Oil for shallow frying

    In a bowl add mince all spices salt g.g paste and all other above mentioned ingredients mix them well then fix them on stickes and shallow fry
