Short ribs sauce
Steps

Put ribs in a bowl, mix with seasoned flour(flour+salt+blackpepper).

Heat oil in a pan till its very hot, put ribs and let them brown both sides

Transfer them to a baking tray, add butter and some thyme. Bake for ten minutes

As they are baking, fry onions and tomatoes then add black pepper and salt. Blend the mixture
- 5
Put the puree in a pot, add some water,the ribs and thyme. Cover the pot and let them simmer on low heat till the soup thickens.ensure all the ribs are emmersed in the sauce.

Serve with spaghetti
