Steps

Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until they change its colour, now add chicken and whole spices fry well.

When chicken fry add ginger garlic paste, salt, half yougurt with Safron colour bhunify it well. Add potatoes optional and allow to cook.

When 2 cup of yakhni left add soaked rice,salt too cook.

Cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Now make a hollow in the middle add yougurt,Zafrani and colour mixture. Cover the hollow with Rice give dum.

Mix it well before serving.
