  • 2 handfulschopped vine spinach
  • 2eggs
  • 1big tomato
  • 1onion
  • 2tablesspoon oil
  • Pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Sautee onions and add tomatoes and salt

    Add in the vine spinach and let it cook for 10 mins as you keep turning

    Create a space in the middle and crack in the eggs
