Ingredients

  • 250 gmlauki (bottlegaurd)
  • 500 gmdahi (curd)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the lauki and peel it's skin grate it with grater

  2. 2

    Boil water in the pan add grated lauki cook it until it soft it takes 10 to 12 minutes

  3. 3

    Let it cool down squeeze the water

    Beat the dahi add half cup water add boiled lauki add all spices enjoy it with any dry vegetable
