In a separate bowl beat your eggs

In the meantime you can cook your sausage in low heat

Dice your capsicum and grate the tomatoes, add them in the beaten eggs

Slice the sausages and place in between the bread

Then place the bread in the mixture both ends and press in the sausage and place it in a shallow frying pan with low heat, and ensure you cook on both ends

Then enjoy your snack
