Firstly wash chicken and risne off the water. And now mix all the ingredients of marination and allow the chicken to marinate for 1/2hr in refrigerator.

Now mix all the ingredients of coating and divide the mixture in to equal portion.

Coat the chicken in first mixture and then put the chicken in water and remove it quickly. Remember to do this speedly. (Dipping the chicken in water is just to remove extra flour from the chicken.)And again coat the chicken in second mixture.

In a heavy bottomed wolk heat up the oil to deep fry the chicken. When the oil is hot enough add coated chicken and deep fry at low to medium flame for10-12 minutes.

Ready.. Serve it hot..
