We made cheaper version with ingredients that were in kitchen. We used beacon and normal spaghetti, but at the end was tasty too :)

Please DON'T buy Carbonara sauces from the shop. They are NOT Italian. Please also be wary of restaurants that call themselves Italian! Throwing ingredients on top of pasta does not make it Italian. Instead please enjoy real Italian food 😀

This is my vegan version! I used Bucatini, a vegan bechamel and smoked courgette lardons as an alternative. Thanks for the lovely Italian recipe inspiration Angie 😋
