6 slicesWheat bread
as neededPudina Chutney
5eggs
as neededButter to toast
to tasteSalt and pepper in egg batter
as neededCheese and tomato sauce for decorating

Put pudina Chutney on bread. Dip it in egg batter and toast it using butter both the side. For pudina Chutney I used 1cup pudina leaves 5green chillis and lemon juice one lemon. Ur delicious 5pm snack ready.
