Put garlic, curry leaf, Tamato, jeera in a small mixie container and grind it.

Keep a deep bottom vessel on medium flame. pour oil and add mustard, channa dal-urad dal, curd chilli...let them roast till all mustard pop.

Put in the mixture from mixie and roast once and add tamarind water, chilli-coriander powder, asafoetida, Turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt.

When it starts to boil... Add the coconut to it. Let it come to boil For 1 1/2 minute a switch off the flame... Tasty Rasam is ready...

Rasam is very good for digestive system.. Due to adding coconut to it which has the property for curing ulcer... This Rasam can heal intestines ulcer.
