Ingredients

  • 4onions
  • 2-3 tbspbesan(gram flour)
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1-2 tspsalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1 tbspTomato ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan and water and make a batter. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ajwain.

    Heat oil and fry the kanda bhajiyas in batches. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
