Ingredients

  • 20 gdried black fungus
  • 10 gchopped spring onion
  • 250 gminced pork
  • 10 gginger strips
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbsphua tiao wine
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1tspn corn starch
  • 1/4tspn white pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dried black fungus in hot water for 20 mins

  2. 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Drain soaked black fungus and add to a plate. Add the minced meat mixture n put 5g of ginger strips

  4. 4

    Steam for 8-10mins
