Ingredients

  1. 1lamb shoulder
  2. Dashsalt
  3. 3 tbspoil
  4. 2 bundleSomen noodle
  5. 600 mlwater
  6. 1 cupscallion
  7. For Pounded Paste
  8. 2 inchesginger
  9. 4 clovegarlic
  10. 5small or shallot
  11. Spicy Dark Sauce
  12. 3 tbspdark soy sauce
  13. 2 tbspperi peri Chili sauce
  14. 3 tbsplight soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    With little oil pan fry the lamb on both side for about 7 minutes then set aside then cut into small chunk

  2. 2

    With little oil Pan fry the pounded paste in light flame, do not burn it then add in the cooked lamb,add water and bring it to a boil then add in the spicy dark soy and Somen Noodle

  3. 3

    Stir Somen Noodle with Chopstick to (prevent Noodle sticking together) then add in scallion and gently stir with a chopstick till its sauce evaporate then off heat and serve immediately
