Peel the potatoes and slice it sprinkle some salt inside the sliced potatoes.

Pour the oil inside the fry pan let it hot and pour the potatoes. Fry until golden brown.

In a medium bowl break the eggs dice the onion,add pinch of salt and the cubed seasoning then beat until combine

Add 1 tablespoon of oil in an empty fry pan pour the egg mixture and turn with a spatula until fried. Serve with the potatoes chips.
