    In a pot boil chicken together wit salt garlic and ginger till soft

    After it has done strain the water and keep it aside then deep fry your chicken in a hot oil and set a side

    Transfer the chicken stock into a large pot and set on fire,wash your rice and pour it into the chicken stock cook.till 90 percent done

    Cut carrot green beans perboil together with peas

    Strain the rice and grate onions red bell pepper and scotch bonnets,

    In a large work add oil grated onions an bell peppersfry the veggies add maggi and spices and add your cooked rice keep on stirring till done

  7. 7

    Then cut your cabbage and cucumber lettuce and serve together with the fried chicken
