First peel and chop Alphanzo. And take in a mixie jar. Add pinch cinnamon powder and 1tbsp condensed milk and make a smooth puree Take in a bowl.Wash and chop Strawberry and add 1tbsp condensed milk churn make smooth puree.

Glass should be flat and round shape. Plastic should be thick.

Now make a plastic roll. and place it in a glass. Pour mango puree around the plastic roll. And place the glass in freezer for 2-3hrs.

Now take out the glass from freezer.Add some cinnamon powder in strawberry mixture.Pour strawberry puree in a plastic roll. Just press roll so puree get proper shape And remove plastic. Wrap foil paper on top of the glass. And again put in a freezer for7-8 hrs.

Now take out glass and put into normal water bowl for 1min, cut around the edges with knife.and remove from glass. And cut the roll in to pieces.

Take in a serving plate.Sprinkle cinnnamon powder. Yummy innovative Mango Strawberry Kulfi is ready to serve.
