Saok the red chilli in water for half an hour and take out the water and grind it.

In a pan put oil and heat it then add add garlic ginger FRI for 5minutes then add chilli paste fry for 10 minutes slow flame then add vinegar tomato sauce and of tablespoon soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes and add 1 tsp sugar the schezwan sauces is ready....
