Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 1large chopped onion
  3. 1grated tomato
  4. 1chopped capsicum
  5. 1potato
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  8. 1 tspvinegar
  9. 3 (4 tsp)ketchup
  10. as neededSalt
  11. 4 tspvegetable oil
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water with salt and 1 tsp oil add rice untill rice cooked properly with potato and capsicum

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in kadhai now add chopped onion amd ginger garlic paste.

    Now add tomato puree cook for 1 min on low flame.

  4. 4

    Now add ketchup and vinegar.

  5. 5

    Add all masala kitchen king, black pepper, salt, now add boiled rice with vegetable.

  6. 6

    Cook for 4 minutes on low flame.

  7. 7

    Masala rice ready eat with curd.
