Mix the oats in 2 cups water and put in a pot to cook,now add in the milk.keep mixing while on medium heat until it comes to boil.lower the heat and cook for few more minutes until desired consistency.add in sugar and mix well.now add in a pinch of cardamon (optional).garnish with almonds to enhance its nutritional value.best for weight conscious people.
