Steps

Take one clay pot.add cardamom,cinnamon,lentils,powdered spices and salt.let it boil in low flame.

When it will be half boiladd green chilli,half of garlic,and chopped ginger.again let it boil.

When it is fully boiled add eggs and stir it well.then switch off the flameডিম

Take another pot.add oil and heat it.then add kadi leaves,cumin,kasuri methi and dry red chilli.let it splutter.then add onion,left garlic,and tomato fry it well.then add tadka masala.and cook it well.

Now add the tadka to dal kept in claypot.stir it well.cook for 1 min.

Now mitti wali dal ready to eat.try it with rooti or paratha.
