Soak the sago with little bit salt and few drop of lemon juice for 30 mins. After that drain the water and rest the sago around 4 hrs.

Heat the pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, then add boiled potatoes cut in small size. Fry the potato turns golden and crunchy, after that add sago, groundnut powder, salt, black pepper powder and saute in low flame for 5 mins.

When every thing is completely mixed, then add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Sago khichadi is ready to serve.
