      flour • baking powder • baking soda • salt • large ripe bananas mashed - they should be nice and ripe but not gross • white sugar • butter melted and cooled • chia seeds • white chocolate chips • craisins. Don’t skip these

      Chicken Fried Rice

      butter • boneless raw chicken breast cut into small pieces - you can use dark meat if you prefer. Not too tiny of pieces • chopped carrots • chopped broccoli • green onion chopped(these are the long skinny ones that are white with green stalks) • frozen peas- I hate peas so I omit these. Won’t even put them in for my family. Yuk • egg beaten severely. Just kidding just regular beaten • cooked rice - this can be a left over from previous meals • Soy sauce - nope, there is no substitute for soy sauce • Garlic powder • Ground ginger

      butter softened • Betty Crocker yellow cake mix. Please don’t buy generic • pie sliced apples well drained. (I find some brands are more syrup then apples so you may have to buy 2) • sugar • cinnamon • dairy sour cream • egg yolks

Spend the money and buy a good brand. Seriously • black beans drained and rinsed • white beans drained and rinsed. I rotate between cannelloni beans and northern white beans • macaroni noodles • Carroll Shelby chili kit • Sour cream •
