Coconut curry prawns

Ingredients 2 tablespoons of oil (Coconut milk contains oil) • cumin & 4 green cardamoms • Some curry leaves, about • Bay leaves (I used 5 because mine are not strong) • garlic ginger paste • onions (I blend my onions) • blended ripe tomatoes • Salt • coconut milk (Leche de coco) • tspn turmeric, ½ tspn coriander, ½ tspn curry powder • – 30 prawns, cleaned and veined • Juice from half a lemon or lime •
