Fresh Brussels Sprouts (Shaved) • Toasted Walnuts (preferably toasted yourself then cooled and crumbled) • Fresh Pomegranate Seeds • Flat Leaf Italian Parsley (Coarsely chopped.) • Fresh Celery (Trimmed and sliced thinly on the diagonal) • Crumbled Macedonian Feta (Whichever Feta you prefer, really) • Kosher Salt • Freshly Ground Black Pepper • Good Olive Oil (May need more, depending on your taste) • Freshly Squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice (Again according to your taste)
