  • Hello, I’ve made this recipe a few times before, and thought I’d make it again with the additions of feta cheese and Gouda cheese and omitting ham. Thanks for reminding me how much I love quiches :)

  • An egg sandwich is the best kind of sandwich 👌🏽 I put my own little twist on this lovely recipe, by using what I had on hand. I used Avocado mashed up to spread generously on to the slice of toasted bread, and layered with the juiciest, ripest delicious tomato, and of course topped with the crispiest fried egg! 👌🏽This was brunch as suggested by your recipe! :) Thank you for the inspiration Taye! This brunch sandwich was out of this world delicious!

  • Hello Sanele! I tried your Gogo’s lovely recipe out and I loved it! :) I’ve never made fish cakes from scratch until today! (for supper) I adjusted the recipe a little to suit what is leftover in my fridge and cupboards, I added haddock fillets, mashed sweet potato, chili and garlic. I roasted the fish cakes in the oven instead of frying because of dietary requirements. I served the fish cakes with roasted veggies. Thank you so much for the inspiration and dinner idea! This recipe will be a regular in my home :) (Please excuse the paper plate, we have a terrible drought issue in Cape Town, so these make a daily appearance in my kitchen 😂)

  • Hello Thamsi, this is my take on your delicious biscotti recipe. I added chocolate and cocoa powder because I thought it would be an interesting addition also I am a chocoholic 😋 I added some tart cranberries to balance the sweet of the biscotti and added a mix of nuts that included Almonds and Pistachios. For an extra treat I drizzled the biscotti with leftover chocolate which I melted over a low heat then let cool a little. Your biscotti is such a awesome tea time treat!   • Hello Tshepi, this is my take on your lovely dish. It doesn’t look as delicious as yours because I had to stick to dietary requirements but I hope you like my take on your dish! I chose to use what is in my fridge lots of veggies and kept the baby marrows whole instead of spiraling them for noodles. the chicken is roasted chicken breast instead of nuggets. Finished off with feta cheese to give it a creamy taste. Thanks so much for the inspiration! Lookin forward to see what you cook up next! 😃 Take care, Dominique :)

This is tasty green smoothie is currently my brunch :) I added lime juice instead of yuzu or marmalade as that is what I had on hand, I also added protein powder to make up for not eating breakfast this morning.   • Dear Nomfundo, thank you for sharing this lovely recipe! I love gem squash especially stuffed! 😍 I sautéed portobello mushrooms with crushed garlic then had some leftover creamed spinach and leftover butternut, of which I added all to the gem squash for the filling. I grated over some Parmesan cheese. I love your idea of using up left over food to make a new yummy recipe! Genius! 😊👍🏽Thank you for such a great idea and recipe!   • Dear Menaaz, this is my take on your husband's masala chicken curry. I love how it's not overpowering in spicyness but has a perfect balance. I added baby potatoes in this one and served with coriander and naan bread.
