Masala Fish
Fond memories of eating this dish as a child of course even though I re-created still doesn’t taste like Mum’s. However something that will stick with me, soon after I got married Mum came to visit me and I had prepared this Masala Fish for dinner, Mum joined me for dinner and her comment was “This fish tastes better than mine” What better compliment could a daughter get from her Mum. 😍❤️Recipe Credit my late Mum (with a few tweaks by Hajira Farook @hrns_cuisine)#mamataughtmewell

Meatballs with gravy and roasted potatoes
I am not sure what prompted me to make such meals, but I believe my time in Switzerland and the influence of German food certainly played a role. This tantalizing dish, meatballs with gravy and roasted potatoes, has become something of a staple around the house. This recipe is based on the ingredients we have available to us so do add or substitute where needed or desired. I ask only that you let me know what alterations you have tried.

Simple salad topped with sesame Dates
This is just a regular plain salad with a slight twist ... Sesame dates .I don't really like onions in this particular salad as I feel it tends to defeat the taste of the dates , buts it's optional.I never had Fetta cheese so I used what I had which was Gouda but it turned out to be a great and tasty substitute 👌
